Forward 2040

The City of Salisbury is working with the community to create a new Comprehensive Plan for a stronger and smarter future.

Forward 2040 is a comprehensive plan to guide the City’s growth over the next 20 years relating to land use, future growth, physical development, and capital improvements. Importantly, Forward 2040 will flow from the people’s vision of how the community should work together and grow wisely.

Your feedback on the plan is invaluable for creating a plan to serve all of Salisbury. There are two ways to provide your feedback for the plan: online survey or meeting in a box.
